Today was my daughter's Sports Day.... The weather was so so bad..
Colombo was all dull and grey with occasional downpours....... the weather man did say it would rain this week.....Gosh i hate going out in the rain with kids.
As I packed them their meal , I very much doubted the sports day to last no more than 15 minutes..... But God willed it otherwise. It lasted a whopping 4 and a half hours sans the heavy downpour. Im glad it did .
THE GOOD NEWS !!!!!!
My daughter Zainab , aged 6 did actually win 2nd place in a relay..... I was very delighted and happy for her..... Thank you for not raining.... It made my daughter one happy girl:)
